Lisbon, Portugal in June & September: A City I Visited Twice And How It Met Me

I visited the same city years apart - once searching, once settled - and learned how travel, timing, and the law of attraction quietly shape us.

I’m writing this from the aftertaste of a place rather than the place itself. You know that feeling when a city stays with you longer than it should, like a song you keep humming days later? That’s where I am with this one. Honestly, it feels less like remembering and more like continuing a conversation we never really ended.

I went there twice. Years apart. Two different versions of myself walking the same streets, breathing the same air, noticing different things. And somehow, both trips felt complete in their own way. Not better or worse. Just different chapters of the same story, quietly nodding at each other across time.
