What kind of matcha do you prefer ? I’m not well educated on matcha 🍵 quality’s. I love the simplicity, light powerful breakfast and slowing down with many nourishment qualities.

I went to Japan last year and got a matcha from there. But soon I will need to buy one from here (UK). I choose the simple and pure one. I don’t go for matcha mixed with other stuff.

I love powerful breakfast. Makes me function better during the day

Ok, sounds good. Yeah, not able to travel to Japan or the UK right now for matcha :D. But I’m sure I can find a good quality one. I have a local herb and loose-leaf tea shop, maybe I’ll check there. I love powerful breakfasts too! My favorite meal of the day has always been breakfast.

If this was in a recipe book it's the type I'd want to read, an art in itself about slowing down, nourishing yourself and starting the day with intention. I loved this!

I love nuts and berries especially blueberries so packed with goodness. I start my day with a warm mix of water, turmeric, lemon, ginger and cinnamon and then usually some nuts a few hours later before any bigger meal, it's so good for my system to gently wake up my digestive system with something small.

Appreciated this post!

I really like the way you described that - “an art in itself” is exactly how it feels to me too when it’s not rushed.

And your morning routine sounds so grounding. That warm mix you start with… I can almost picture the smell of the ginger and cinnamon coming through. There’s something about beginning the day that gently, instead of jumping straight into a full meal, that just feels easier on the body.

I’ve had phases where I did something similar, starting light and building into it, and it made a noticeable difference in how steady my energy felt later on.

Also completely with you on nuts and berries - simple, but they do a lot. Glad this resonated with you.
