I do this ritual too. I enjoy it so much and always look forward to my early morning walks in the park. Thanks for explaining this as benefits our eyes. I just enjoyed the calmness it gave me💕
I also do this quietly with myself as many mornings as I can. I hadn't done this actually with my eyes closed as such but just not straight at it from the strain but will try this way! Thanks Alex. I also don't use sun glasses any more as knowing that they are part of the causes for eye deterioration from blocking sunlight! Cheers
That’s great to read that @Rippling Ace Jas … I am happy to see that I am not alone on these natural - holistic ways of looking after myself… Have you noticed an improvement since you started this routine and since you stopped using sunglasses?
Well as like yourself, not improve to be better but no loss. After having amazing eyesight for a long time, for reading and so on, I did start to notice my eyes begin to lose a little focus for reading and since gaining this knowledge also about the sunlight and exercise ritual has not worsened for me in the last 18 months. Sunglasses!!!!!! Will a flower bloom without sunlight! And if you would like to know, I also do this bare foot on the grass lol. When I can.
I also put into perspective that without sunlight nothing living would survive!
I don’t always comment, but I have noticed we do a lot of things similar with our ways.
Oh that's really great... I love the barefoot in the grass... building roots and connecting with the earth... I am with you on sunglasses... I rarely use them, unless I drive and I get blinded :) ... and I really appreciate your note on the sun... so true and... it's so sad how many of us forgot the basics... super glad to know we have many things in common...
Why is it ok to have so little space to be? I spent most of my life so far rushing from this to that to the other. Telling myself I didn't have time to meditate that day, far too much to do. Put off the silent retreat, it had no space. Pushing myself till I dropped. I am so happy that I measure daily renewal in hours, not minutes. That sleep is returning in its blessed fullness. That I begin with the most important and build my day on those rocks, taking time out as needed when I feel depleted.
I totally agree with you. 99% of population is in rush and in a “to do mood”. And sometimes I am guilty of this too. However I try my best to practice awareness and rest and taking care of me.
I underwent an arduous journey through unearthing the most promising skeletal codes starting with a miracle that I coincidentally stumbled upon many years ago.
In fact, I was a myope born with a myopic eye needing a -5 diopter powered lens on one of my eyes which later spontaneously turned to -2.25 diopter on both my eyes slowly and gradually over the years by the age of 20.
But at the age of 53, the said miracle instantly started showing me everything crystal clear in the field of my vision, far and wide.

I am very happy to hear that you received this feeling of calmness 😊 and glad to have another “buddy” doing this
Tomorrow I will start the day like this. So much better than scrolling through my phone. Thank you for sharing
A great idea… start the day with self love and self care ❤️
Say no more! I'm making this a part of my morning routine. Sounds like a fabulous way to start the day.
yes, you will love it… and if you give it time, you will also feel the difference… if you want let me know how it goes and how it feels.
Haha amazing Alex!
