This is so my lane, Alex. I love how you describe silence as full instead of empty. That’s exactly it. It doesn’t start peacefully; it starts honestly. All the noise, the errands, the old conversations… and then the wisdom, inspiration, and insight that only seem to show up when we finally get quiet. And the line about confusing movement with progress? Whew. That one made me pause. Silence really does reveal what we’ve been outrunning.

Thank you Andrea. I have discovered silence quite some time ago. And I love it. But I also have to say that sometimes it’s the hardest part of my day 😅 it’s not as easy and it seems especially when the head goes on wild. But once I settle in it it’s amazing and at the end I always say “it worth the battle with my head”

Yes! Well said. It's always worth it in the end, but yep, some days I have to drag myself to my zafu. lol
