Alexandra, I feel so honoured to connect with you …. how you’ve grown your platform is what seems like something I want to do with mine. I’ve got a lot of ideas and like you I wanted to make it open for all subscribers to read all the notes and posts but I didn’t know how I can add more value to my paid subbies when I do have them. 😊

And I completely understand where you are with this. I had the same questions at the beginning. Wanting to keep things open and accessible, but also wondering how to create something meaningful for paid subscribers without forcing it.
What I’ve realised over time is that the value doesn’t have to be something completely different or more complex. It’s often just a deeper layer of what you’re already sharing. Maybe a bit more personal, a bit more reflective.
It tends to grow naturally as your writing evolves, rather than something you have to figure out upfront.
And from what you said, it sounds like you already have the most important part - the intention behind what you’re building.
